Booth Fees Per Space (Size 10ft x 12ft): 

      $35 for Non-Profit Groups

      $45 for Education and Business Information (No Sales)

      $45 for Political Parties

      $55 for Profit Vendors

      $60 for Food Vendors

General Information:

• Set-up begins at 6 am Saturday and must be completed before 8 am
• You may slowly drive your vehicle on the lawn to unload only. All vehicles are to be off the lawn by 8:00 am. Please do not park your vehicle in front of another vendors assigned location. This will disrupt their ability to unload their own wares
• No booth should be dismantled before 4pm. You are welcome to stay later if business prevails
• Food booths are set up west of Town Hall, in the parking lot
• 110V electricity is available on a limited basis for FOOD vendors only and is provided at no extra charge. You must supply your own grounded extension cord. Contact us for the length you'll need for your space. No generators are allowed. Food booths or large equipment booths may be exempted from this rule...please call first
• You MUST have a Colorado State Tax license or Colorado Special Event Sales Tax and are responsible for collecting and reporting the taxes due in Crawford. You may call the State Department of Revenue for more information.   Colorado Special Event Sales Tax Information
• Each participant is responsible for proper insurance coverage and may need to provide proof upon request
• Booth spaces are 10 ft. x 12 ft. You may request a double space for double the price
• A map of the area will be sent upon request

• Available spaces will be filled on a “FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE” basis, so get your application in immediately to guarantee a space. Although we try, this committee is NOT responsible for duplicate vendors. (Please note the IMPORTANT NOTICE at the top of this page
• Make checks payable to: Crawford Pioneer Days, and mail to PO Box 4, Crawford, CO 81415 or use the Vendor Payment Option at the top of the page. We will forward a confirmation notice by e-mail, mail, or phone on all “APPROVED” booth applicants as they are received and paid for.
